Refund & Return Policy.

We accept order cancellations prior to us shipping out the order. Please contact us via email on contact@starhustle.info and state that you would like to cancel your order.

For Defective Products 

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as you’re entitled to your money back or a new product.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund , your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@starhustle.info. We’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back to us. You will be refunded the cost of the product however you will not be refunded any shipping costs that you have made. When returning the product you the customer will have to pay for the shipping costs.

Customer Remorse

If you have ordered the wrong product  the clothing doesn't fit or you simply no longer want the item you can still return it back to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt. This can take up to 7 working days to show on your balance, if paid by debit / credit card.
